Skydiving Nationals in Full Swing Across the US and Europe
news
September 06, 2024
5 min read
As the skydiving season draws to a close and the World Meet approaches, national championships are taking place globally. In the United States, the USPA Championships kicked off on August 28th with the 2024 Canopy Piloting events and will conclude on September 25th with Canopy Formation.
Fans can follow the action closely, with many top athletes, including Dany White, competing in his third consecutive Nationals. White is also set to represent the US Performance Wingsuit team at the World Championship in October.

Across the Atlantic, European teams are also in the thick of competition. In France, the national championships recently concluded. The Formation Skydiving (FS) events were held at Bouloc Skydive, while the artistic disciplines took place at Skydive Pamiers. Team Eaglets made an impressive debut in freestyle, securing second place. Special congratulations go to Eaglets team member Adrien Gallot and his teammates.

“It is worth checking out the astonishing photo story by @ben_alziary_photography in the FFP news section.”

Aethers clinched gold in the 4-way open category, with Nephtys following in the 4-way female category. Both teams are gearing up to face Hayabusa at the upcoming World Championships in North Carolina, USA.

Meanwhile, in the Netherlands, Hayabusa is competing against Ayro at Skydive Teuge - Nationaal Paracentrum Teuge, where the Open Dutch & Belgian Skydiving Nationals 2024 are currently underway.

In Germany, at GoJump Gransee, Meltemi Oceanside / Piteraq recently finished second and will represent Germany in the 4-way female category at the World Parachuting Championships (WPC).

We are looking forward to exciting WPC:
